Happy 21st!

Last nigh it was a friends 21st, with an air of sophistication we went for a lovely meal to a perfect Italian, San Carlos (Manchester) The food was tasty and the atmosphere buzzing especially when the waiters sung happy birthday. The dress code was smart casual, I wore a black silk Kimono dress and some leopard print caged heels. Not the best of pictures to describe my outfit but at least its something. For the first time in years I straightened my hair and as always it looked pretty flat but at least it got a good blow dry from it. After the meal we went to a famous Manchester bar called Mojos, these can also be found in other cities around the world.

Was a sweet and sophisticated night.

Such a Clutter 

Until recently I haven't been happy with my body shape. I was rather more plump than I would have liked. This only meant that rather than spend money on nice clothes I spent it on beautiful designer accessories  However they seem to have created a clutter now that I am squashed into my student bedroom. They are my pride and joy and although I don't have many each pair of shoes or the handbags I own I love to bits. Besides when you aspire for a collection of Chanel as big as I do you need to start early.

Vintage clothing is the best there is always a bargain to be had. Take this skirt, Moschino Jeans and bought for £30 from wearecow.com, has to be my best purchase to date an absolute steal. Teamed here with a white longsleved crop top and some gold hoops. Oh and a Primark belt not to be forgotten.

What I Wore 29/01/13

                                                              Old Favorite

Never doubt an old favorite, the skirt although given to me by a friend is without a doubt one of my favorites  It's a great print never dull, and a flattering shape. To bring it up to date I teamed it with a white baggy T-shirt and some bulky boots. The boot laces have been changed making them less bulky with a bit of ribbon.

Such a perfect song to listen to when its raining outside. Especially when it's going to be summer soon. All I want now though is a Pina Colda and a beach to lay on. For now though I'm just going to have to have it on repeat and dream of the sunshine.
